Lack of communication from selling agent.

I am quite disappointed that one of your agents has not been forth coming in assisting with one of the propties listed on property 24. I have been trying to securing a viewing with one Nadia Germ**** for one of the properties listed in Midrand, but I have been taken from pillar to post and lack of responses to communication. I am trying to buy property not too far from work. She has has not been helpful regarding one property in Terrace View ( listing number ***) which makes me wonder if this is the sort of service your agency provides to clients. I was really keen on this property and i just need to confirm one or two things which would have been resolved by the viewing. I feel sorry for the person who is trying to sell this property and now i understand why some properties stay long in the market to an extent where some change agencies more than once. If i knew the owner i would have gone straight to the owner.
