Dont try selling with Aida - They are ruthless and only after money

<p>&nbsp;i had been quite impressed with AIDA selling my property quicker than anticipated.... the buyer was not south african so although we signed an offer to purchase in october 2015... there were some hiccups to which i understood and patiently accepted. then came the unexpected date where the regitration was to be done in march, and i did give my tenant notice but this RIKA at AIDA started threatening me to take me to court if the tenant is not out etc. I was quite devastated with the threatening calls but these people did not even put it in the contract that it needed to be vacant. They had delayed the registration... they have only registered it a month later.... they had no right to delay and she sends me threatening emails and smss that even made me ill. They are ruthless.... i wonder if she sent the buyer such terrible messages when she was delaying.... i will take this further. could not even get an email of apology from head office... sick!!!</p>
