Do not have any dealings with Aida Milnerton unless there are no other options - Un-professional and un-cooperative attitude by a "principal" agent

I contacted the agency and was put onto a "principal" agent. My enquiry was simple, I had got wind of a pending sub-division and was eager to secure the sub-divided plot by submitting an offer to purchase subject to the conclusion of the sub-division, something I had done sucessfully on another plot recently. I enquired whether the agent knew what the asking price would likely be, to which he answered "no idea but I would imagine in the range of R1,2m". I asked if the agent would be prepared to enquire from the owner if he had a selling price in mind and if the owner would consider an offer subject to the conclusion of the sub-division. The agent rep**** that he was not prepared to approach the owner and that the selling price (now determined by him) was R1,2m. I suggested that he let the owner advise on the selling price. He became extremely argumentive, rude and even facetious and outrightly refused to entertain any idea of him approaching the owner. He eventually repeatedly said goodbye over my attempts to reason with him and put the phone down on me. I have had many dealings with other agencies and this is by far the absolute worst experience I have had. Why would anyone want to engage with this agency when there are other agencies that are highly professional and totally customer driven.
