Disrespectful treatment

I sent a message to agent, Nadia Vajeth, on 07/10/2018 via Property24 for the apartment in Etude, Noordwyk. I was very impressed when I received a WhatsApp confirming my message was received by her. The next day I responded to her WhatsApp with a few questions to which I never received a response. I sent a follow up message later that afternoon to which I received “Good day for” I re-sent my questions via WhatsApp as this was the chosen method of communication by the agent to which I again received no response. My question to AIDA is why advertise an agents details to contact when said agent cannot respond to a potential client timeously and professionally? I don’t know what kind of appalling and disinterested treatment this is to blatantly read ones messages and then to simply ignore the client. I would not show interest in a property if I was not truly interested but then to not receive any response is disrespectful and distasteful customer service. Don’t waste my time, I need to find a property to occupy by the 1/12/2018 and if your agents are not willing to assist then they should be forthcoming about it from the beginning and respectful tell the client that the property is not available.
