Deceived into buying a unit at Galpini village, Theresapark

We were sold a unit under false advertising at Galpini village in Theresapark, by an Aida agent Quentin. We were told our occupation date would be April 2022, but now they're singing from a different hymn book and say our occupation date will be November 2022. They are stating covid19 as an excuse, where as the agent reassured us several times about our occupation date, taking covid19 into consideration. This agency care less about their client, it's all about commission. Now I want to cancel the sale, and I'm being sent from pillar to post.
