Complaint

On the 20/09/2019 I was scheduled for an interview at the office in Rosebank-The Firs 4th floor at 09:00 (South Africa). However, was stood up for over an hour waiting for the Deputy Head of Fundraising Malven Mhlanga, upon his arrival- he came to the boardroom where together with other candidates were waiting and he simply gets there an says his waiting for other candidates coming, we must drink water and relax.

I felt disrespected and this is an ********* way to treat people because they are unemployed and looking for jobs. Because I had already waited for long, and had another scheduled interview I 11:00 in Pretoria, unfortunately I had to leave without taking part in the interview.

I even sent him an sms, just before leaving the office, but he never even responded or call me to apologies for such ********* practice. I spent R300 travelling to the interview and due to what transpired, I decided to go so I don't miss my 2nd interview for the day.

I would be happy for such to be addressed and dealt with.
