Charge 7.95 percent on commission

Dear Sir<br> <br> I had dealings with your estate agents a few years ago and had a bad feeling about them and decided then not to sell my property. Recently in March I decided to sell my property. Cas and Ian show how little price they had sold properties in that area and told me not to expect much. Never mention I had to agree on a commission. Only what amount they could advertise it for.<br> <br> Cas phoned to tell me they had an offer for 440 000. Ian pitched up. He tells me its his birthday, almost expecting me to give him a oil painting for free worth R6000 before doing business. When I got to commission, he says all commission goes to Aida and he doesn't get that amount of R35000. Its not specified how much the percentage commission it is. Later I calculated it. I didnt know if I could change it as I saw he is a greedy man with low morals. He has to face God in the end anyway.<br> <br> I have tweeted that Aida properties are not forthcoming with total honesty and integrity when they agree to sell your property.
