Braindead man sued after son withdraws sale

My father and mother were about move to Struisbaai and retire in peace. They'd made an offer to purchase and all was about to be sorted (guarantees delivered on same day) when my father suffered a very serious stroke (Friday). That Sunday an emergency craniotomy to the right parietal lobe was performed during which brain damage was found. I had to withdraw the guarantees first thing on that Monday, as then the prognoses was that my father would need months of rehabilitation. That same week Friday another craniotomy had to be performed to the frontal right lobe and more brain damage was found. My father crashed during surgery and had to be resuscitated. He survived but suffered another stroke in the hours thereafter with the result that he had lost all but his basic brain functions that kept his heart beating and sustained breathing. <br> That Monday morning I received a letter from the owner in Struisbaai and AIDA Struisbaai's attorney demanding the purchase be completed else my father would be sued for R420000.00(R300k for upgrades to the current owners other house and R120k commission for the agent!)! What kind of company sues a family waiting at an open grave. He has hours to live.
