Bad service from Aida Lephalale

<p>We were shown a property by one of the agents and was promised that they will fix and clean everything that needs attention before we move in. This was however not done.</p> <p><br />Apart from the house being very dirty, 2 of the main issues are that most of the taps had no water and the stove is in such a state that no one has managed to get it clean.</p> <p><br />We complained to Aida Lephalale and they visited the property several times, ones with the owner, and we were promised that the issues will be attended too. What irritates me is that they show up without appointment and only when I am not home and then are rude to my wife and verbally attack her.</p> <p><br />3 weeks later and still there are faults that needs to be attended to and we are still without water in several taps. They regularly promise to give us feedback, which they never do.</p> <p><br />We have called and emailed both Aida head office and the Lephalale branch on several occasions and our complaint falls on deaf ears. We had a meeting with the owner of Aida Lephalale, but he only sat there staring at us with a blank expression on his face and all he could say was that he will speak to the owner of the property.</p> <p><br />I have been accused by Aida Lephalale that I was rude to one of the staff members, I challenged them to come forward with proof but have not heard anything for 2 weeks, so I can only assume that it is a made up story.</p> <p><br />We have shared our experience on social media and my wife have now been threatened by one of the agents of Aida Lephalale stating that she should ready her wallet for what she shared.</p> <p><br />We have emails and photos as proof, it is no use for people to get upset about the truth, Aida Lephalale should show the necessary ethics and integrity and keep to their word and sort out the issues.</p>
