Bad service AIDA Tzaneen

<p>I am very disappointed about the service i received from AIDA Tzaneen.I rented a flat through them and signed a 6 months lease agreement.The owner decided to renovate the flat and therefore my lease agreement was not renewed.I only received 2 weeks notice to vacate from AIDA.Our agreement was that they will use my deposit to settle municipality bill but to my suprise they did not pay a cent to date.The franchise owner left a very rude voicemail on my phone with unreasonable threats.One of the ladies,called me and said she will email me proof of payment to show that they settled the municipality bill,that did not happen.The account is still outstanding.They are holding my deposit R6700.I moved out on 15th June already.</p>
