Bad Service

I have a problem with the way real estate agents never pay attention to the problems tenants face , yet when rentals are due , you are penalised for late payments. I have been staying at Florance Complex in centurion and the ensuite has an old shower door that keeps coming off the rail and is always being fixed after several emails but never replaced. I always call and email Marthie Loubser but she brushes me off or does not respond to my emails. When she does answer my calls she says the landlord has not given the go ahead and this has been 8 months , i do not know what channel one must use to be heard or action be taken , the last time the door came off , she rudely told me that i was not the only tenant they deal with but the mere fact that i am not living there for free and pay high rentals should actually make the issues i have with the place recognized. I really need that shower door fixed.
