Does not fulfill obligations in terms of the rental agreement. Does not follow express instructions by the landlord and acts outside of the mandate. Aids tenant in *******ly refusing the landlord in gaining access to the property. Horrifying! I am utterly disgusted. The principal of the branch and head office refuse to assist me.
