On 27/10/2021 we paid deposit R20200 to Aida Alberton. On 19/12/2021 Ashnee Rampersadh claimed she's the Owner of that house and not Ashok Doodhnath and she sent us letters to prove it an she's taking over an a new lease agreement was issued to us. Ashok sent us letters also that his the Owner an we must not get involved with Ashnee Rampersadh. Aida Alberton confirmed to us Ashnee Rampersadh is the Owner of 160 Neville Rd Brackendowns an they not involved with Ashok or that property any longer and our lease agreement is void with them. Unfortunately due to the pandemic my husband lost his job an we could no longer afford to pay rent , so we decided to move out , it was best because we could no longer afford to pay rent at that place. On 1st June 2022 we gave Ashnee Rampersadh 1months notice an told her our situation and asked for our deposit back, but she said we in breech of contract. However according to that lease agreement there's no where that it states if you loose your job you breaching contract an forfeit your deposit. Ashnee Rampersadh then told us to ask Ashok Doodhnath for the deposit because she didn't get any deposit money. We asked Ashok and he told us we in breech of his lease agreement(which also it doesn't state if you loose your job you breaching contract) an his got no money to pay us , we must ask Aida Alberton they have the deposit. We asked Marlene Owner of Aida Alberton and she said she paid Ashok the money an he must pay us the deposit. These people are now making us run around for our deposit an they don't seem the least bit to care , but rather to just "Con people " on there properties to rent an taking there money. Now we must beg for what is our deposit that could help us out in this extreme difficult time. My husband spoke to Ashok Doodhnath again an told him we will take this up to court and Hello Peter and "Ashok Doodhnath " Verbally Threatened that if we do we will see that ugly side of him an we don't know how property works. It's not fair that people always takes advantage of the simple people an they think they can get away with their actions.
