Aida rental Nelspruit

I am trying to get my deposito back from Aida Nelspruit since the 27th of April 2022. The Agent I worked with in Sabie has submitted all relevant documentation to her head office in Nelspruit. The contact person is Louise. Numeris email and phone calls but no results. Louise don't even sent a reply back to say why she is breaking the Rental act which is very clear that within 7 day the deposito must be paid back.
