Aida real estate disgusting

I have been with aida in hatfield for 1 year and 3 months.this year we have had so much of issues with the building and The agent Tanya is plain down rude and does not assist.i even drove to their offices and have received no help.so are real estate agents just in for a tenant and dont care thereafter.aida have portrayed very poor service
