Aida Klerksdorp complaint

I would like to log a complaint relating to AIDA Klerksdorp - During January 2018 I made contact with Anton Swart from this branch regarding my Dad's house in Stilfontein. Originally he has put a lot of effort to ensure that it was rented out from February 2018 as it was empty during this time. He also indicated that the previous renters did not pay water and lights and that the previous agents did not ensure that these amounts were paid. He then made an arrangement with the Municipality to pay off this amount deducted a part thereof from the monthly rental income. Since the house was rented he only received two amounts for rental income. As my dad cannot correspond over a phone due to him being hard of hearing my sister has been corresponding with Anton Swart and a lady called Martie was also cc’d in on the mails. My sister has been phoning numerous times, send numerous e-mails without receiving any feedback. Finally she requested a statement of account to see what amounts came in and what the amounts were that were paid over to the Municipality and what was suppose to come into my dad’s account. She has been trying her utmost best to get this information but in vain.

My dad is a pensioner and this is basically the only income he has. I was originally referred to Aida by a family member but if this is how they are dealing with clients I do not want to do business with them. We also moved from the previous agent to Aida due to lack of service. Anton made several promises and he also indicated that he will take on the previous agents regarding the water and lights issue (I have saved voice messages) but we do not get any feedback. Currently it seems like Aida is more worried about the money in their own pockets in stead of dealing with the situation and sorting out problems
