Aida does not pay back deposit

I refer to clause 12.8.2 en 12.9 of our contract, no later than 14 Days will the deposit be paid back to tenant.

Aida did not send me any accounts as I requested on several occasions, aida did not inform me of any arrears or deductions.

Aida is supposed to be the agency, you should abide by the contract. I did not bridge terms, we were affected several times by the owners arrears municipal bills, where I had to make a loan to pay (Because Aida did not provide me with an account balance) so we could just have electricity while my daughter was terminally ill and on life support twice!

My baby girl suffered because of Aida's poor management, why should a small child suffer because an agent cant send bills and the owner can’t pay her accounts?

This is the worst experience I have ever had, I begged for bills and account statements throughout the lease period, I paid in advance without any idea of what is due, I left the yard in an excellent condition, and the house as I found it. (Except for the front glass that broke due to wind and the fact that the door could not close as it was painted all over*) Ideally not my fault s well.

I have photos of everything* , I’m being told there was already deductions (Not discussed with me –I was not informed of any such deductions ) now I’m being held responsible for Tree Felling as well? I’m not the owner, it’s not my responsibility to pay for landscaping the owner wants, I left the yard as I found it (Better in fact)

Point, Its past 14 Days, I was not informed of any deductions or repairs, nothing was discussed with me after several requests. I expect my deposit back .

I will not accept this torment any more, regardless of what the owner may believe, we were not treated fairly during this lease, and I expected to have issues with the deposit as it was a trend of poor management and unorganized personal all along.

This is a money making story.
