Stay away from AIDA Pretoria East

For two years AIDA was appointed to manage my property in Garsfontein. During this time their service was very lacking. My tenants didn't receive Tshwane accounts on time resulting in penalties and me having to directly deal with the tentant to create a payment arrangement. During 25 months they performed only a single interim inspection and this only happened after I asked when they had last inspected the property. The quality of the photos received from this one inspection was bad, including poor lighting, blurry photos and photos taken from afar. They lost all photos from the ingoing inspection, because their agent's laptop was ****** and they had no backups anywhere. Their outgoing inspection reported all good with nothing of concern. After doing my own inspection I discovered a multitude of problems from dead lawn, to the property not having being cleaned. After raising my dissatisfaction with the director and demanding a refund for the management fees I paid, they offered to fix the lawn and clean the property at their expense, which seemed like a nice gesture. The actual cleaning turned out to be very superficial. Windows were cleaned with dirty cloths, walls behind the lose-standing stove still covered in grease. After bringing this to their attention they decided to call me a difficult customer and simply hang up the phone. They seem to have very low standards when it comes to caring for your property and I can absolutely not recommend them to manage your property.
