Worst experience ever!!!!

I wish I could give Ahoo Star a zero rating!!! We had a nightmare experience with this company!!! Our furniture was delivered a week and a half after promised. When we phoned to ask where our stuff was, we were constantly **** too, by Richard, about the trucks whereabouts. When they eventually arrived, the truck refused to drop off the stuff at our flat but rather 200m from the entrance of our apartment building. They then refused to offload our stuff until we paid them in full even after they said they would offer us a discount for the inconvenience that they had caused. We had to carry our own furniture from the truck to our apartment. We were so relieved to finally have our belongings after all of this but we can never fully enjoy them as half of the stuff that was delivered is now damaged. Terrible service and I highly recommend that you DO NOT use them.
