Poor quality service

Some of my possessions never arrived. Of my furniture that did arrive, most was badly damaged (furniture material is torn and dirty, wooden furniture is full of scratches and dents). Some furniture was damaged beyond repair (section of dressing table broken off completely, bandsaw broken in multiple places). They did not use blanket wrap as indicated on the quote and they assure you your possessions insured, but refuse to tell you how to claim from insurance when an issue arises and then simply ignore you when you try to enquire or follow up. Neither of the individuals I dealt with (Richard and Rick) adhered to the promises they made and the company should be avoided.
