Ahmed's Textiles POOR customer service

I made an order from Ahmed's Textiles last Wednesday the 17th June. I called today to do a follow-up. I could just tell from the way the guy answered the phone that he's unprofessional. He then kept talking to other people while on the call which was really annoying + the background was noisy. I was told there's something he needed to check regarding one of the items and he'll get back to me but he hasn't. I guess I'll wait and see...
