Terrible Stay at Paediatrics

Despite spending just one night at the hospital, the infastructure of the paediatric ward is terrible. Stay over mum's have to sit in a chair .I was told to rest on the mums room..IN NO WAY WAS I GONNA LEAVE MY CHILD'S SIDE.

If AAKH makes an arrangement with the DOH as this hospital is a private hospital..where in the name is private if we have to sit like patients in PMMH OR ADDINGTON HOSPITAL.

Also to carry towels ..in my knowledge all private hospitals gives us towels ..don't you guys send it off for sterilisation so the next patient can use it.What happen in an emergency where the patient is brought via Ambo?. ..now will that patient also need to go buy towels ?

AAKH is a fairly new hospital and the standards are terrible from my point of view. Please ensure this is sorted.you guys should not be a private hospital as your state EXCELLENCE IN HEALTH CARE ..well being the main member in the medical aid .,I should have also had a good stay as a mum with my child.

Please get the Private instilled or remove the Excellence in Health care.
