Public service in a fancy hospital !

Gave birth twice at this hospital and both times received the most pathetic unprofessional care from nurses. First time I was laughed at by them whilst sleeping, as I woke they laughed abit more then left. And the second time the nurse refused to phone my gynae , she was pulling me by the legs off the hospital bed 5 mins before my baby was born shouting at me to walk to the delivery room. I told her to push me with the bed because the baby is coming and she had a whole fight with me whilst I was kicking and screaming at her till she eventually agreed. In the final few mins of labor how can a nurse force a patient to walk because of utter laziness !? She also never monitored me correctly. Never came on time when buzzed for. The bell would ring for about 10 mins until another nurse would eventually come and say okay wait I'm going to call her. The nurse had to catch my baby because she refused to call my doctor. And refused to check when i told her that the babies head is coming through. The bathroom remained soiled until the day I left. Cleanliness was bad both times. Everything about my experience is public service. Nothing private or worth it going to this hospital. They have not gotten in touch with us as said. They keep asking us to send an email even after we personally complained a week later at the hospital itself. They do not care about their patients or customers. There are many other better hospitals to give birth at. Do not trust this one. This trauma and experience will stay with me forever. Don't make this mistake.
