Poor service at trauma unit Ahmad Al kadi hospital

I brought my son in Around 11:30 on Sunday 2 June 2019 to the trauma unit of Ahmad Al kadi hospital. We rang the bell trying to get assistance for ten minutes. Therafter we got the security guard from outside to assist us Find the nurse/staff on duty. After he failed to find them we left and went to another hospital . This is very unprofessional poor service. The management should look into sorting out their service at the trauma unit as lives are at stake.
