Poor experience in hospital with no answer what happened to me after 11days with no diagnostic and medical aid used to max

Good day I was a patient of Aakh 3/01/25 I live in Richards Bay and was rushed to Kzn on the 3/01/25 ? Left side Cva. Passing may hospitals I choose Aakh Private. Arrived at the hospital that afternoon admitted into Highcare after much confusion as to which ward I needed to be admitted in. Once arrived in Highcare, every nurse had their own patient or patients and were quite content to sit next to their pt,instead of connecting me to the Icu monitor. I was very uncomfortable at the time and couldn't verbalize my concerns as i was ill. My wife found me an gown, which I put on . A nurse came though to assist me, and kept saying she's just helping as I'm not her patient. Dr Singh was my admitting doctor at the time. Had a seizure after a few hours into my admission. Thankfully doc was in the Icu at the time . However, an intern doctor that assists Dr Singh is truly a waste of time, and was very unskilled and uninformive. 4 days had passed (MRI brain, CT Brain,Eeg,blood testing daily,eye tests x2,physiology a Ent consultant and a nerve testing completed only to no diagnosis. I have heard of hospitals and doctors that take full advantage of medical aid funding in January. As all savings are restored However this type of unprofessional, ********* behavior needs to be audited by medical aids. Truly not on. I was transferred to sw2. To my horror the most traumatizing experience yet. Nurses dnt check on you. Medication is signed for and not given on time . Medication is put up by nurses ,completed and not clipping leaving air to run into pts freely. I'm sure that has to pose some risk. Linen not changed. Nurses dnt greet,and dnt even explain what medication is given and why.I ended up staying at the hospital a total of 10 days, with no idea as to what had happen to me, unsure how to prevent it from happening again and one of the worst hospital experience to date. I was ordered medication however and was extremely hungry as the meal portion were soo small and had no insight at the time about ordering Double portion, I purchased meals daily from the coffee shop which could have been avoid had I been given the correct portion size . Most days I sat outside ward in the waiting areas informing sister at duty station, and informed them if ever I was needed I would be found there. Toilet not cleaned regularly, in ward chose the outside toilets, patient I was with had some terminal illness and a bad odour which made me feel more sick. Expressed my concern to nurses but they didn't seem to care.i had a new iv drip everyday,which was extremely painful and im not sure necessary if nurses told doctor im sure oral doses would of been ok since they found nothing wrong with me.i had requested a copy of all testing done on me on discharge as i need 2nd option but received nil.
