Money claim

On December 2019 I was admitted to Ahmed Al-Kadi Private Hospital because I was in pain, I burnt my left foot by mistake with kettle water. Basically the kettle fell on my foot and the boiling hot water of the kettle burnt my foot, I was so in pain that I couldn't even walk properly. I was admitted at the hospital with my medical aid FedHealth but I didn't receive my money when I was discharged at the hospital.
