Ledmed private hospital are *****ing us

My mother went to the hospital last year 15 August 2019, she was not admitted but was stabilized at causality and my mother was using medical aids. Due to lack of funds when the hospital claimed, her account was sent to ER consulting debt collection under new debt management and also to Colmed debt management, she was harassed by ER consulting even after she send them proof of payment on the account. Now Colmed debt management is also claiming on the very same amount that was payed too ER consulting an when you call Lenmed private hospital there is answer we've been trying to get a hold of them for over a month now trying to understand on why 2 different debt management companies are claiming the same date. My mum is diabetic and everytime she is being harassed by these 2 company's which she paid her debt with ER consulting while colmed debt is also busy trying to collect for the very same date it disturbs her health. Now my mum is laying sick in bed not understanding on why is Lenmed doing thus to when she has paid an there is proof
