Dissatisfied patient

On the 24th of December we took my sisterinlaw to ahmed alkhadi hospital as we recently discovered she is pregnant however she is bleeding. We took her to the hospital emergency section in thinking we would get some answers as to what is happening with her. At reception they asked us to pay 1000 registration and a 500 for the doctor. The front nurse desk assisting called the doctor in the trauma section to verify is the doctor is going to see her although there is no gynea available on Christmas day. The doctor or nurses agreed on examining her. We made our way downstairs and they took her straight in to emergency room to be examined. The doctor came in after a few minutes telling telling her without examining her I cannot see u or examine you I can give u panado and u can go home or I can admit u and u can wait for a gynea to see u when they return. The nurse called myself and and my brother into the emergency room to tell us the same thing and the doctor was on a phone and did not telk us whats happening. No examination no scan nothing. The Dr's name was dr flora. This is unexceptable Como Como from a hospital with such a prestige name and the doctors has no care in the world for patients with serious conditions. We left alot of hospitals around the area and went to that hospital as we heard many good things. We got no refund of the 500 we paid for only pressing her abdomen. I want this taken further anf the Dr to be taken on.
