Dissapointed by Lenmed

I was readmitted on the 17th of April 2024 & to date my admission is not authorized because Lenmed is not sending correct information to my medical aid. We are now in June I've been following up with them & I hv sent emails and I am not getting assistance. When I call the hospital the phone rings no answer. Now I'm begging them to send correct info so that they can get their money its not fair from my side & it's very draining. The med aid confirmed yesterday that they are still waiting & they will also follow up.

Please send the correct information Ahmed Kathrada Private Hospital because the info you sent was rejected.
