With reference to the date: 12 and 13 January 2024 - day shift… The nurses in the ICU ward exhibit a concerning lack of respect and rudeness towards families visiting patients, particularly with male patients. Privacy is often neglected as nurses remain present during sensitive moments. When family members attempt to communicate with their patients, the nurses interject with disrespect and rudeness. It is suggested that the hospital address this issue promptly by enhancing staff discipline and curbing unprofessional behavior to elevate its overall standard of care
