Disgruntled Ahmed Al-Kadi Private Hospital Shareholders

Any other disgruntled shareholders in Ahmed Al-Kadi Hospital?? Based on the false, incorrect and misleading info. given in the 2013 prospectus and pamphlets issued by the then directors, auditors and IMASA/IMBNT, INVESTORS purchased shares HOPING TO EARN some dividend income. "The prospectus outlines the investment opportunity like no other" (!!!???)

The hospital was originally scheduled to open in July 2015, but only opened in March 2017!!! Some misleading figures ("Worst case scenario") : 1) After 2 years 8 months (Feb. 2018) Earnings per share: 60 cents. 2) Another forecast : after 3 years : earnings per share: 75 cents; Dividends per share: 37 cents!! TO DATE , NOT A CENT HAS BEEN PAID TO SHAREHOLDERS!!!!! "3. The loan outstanding with Albaraka is in the region of R130 million currently. The dividends can only be paid to shareholders once this loan is repaid." The hospital would not have incurred this debt of R 130 million had the IMA/IMBNT not taken free shares to the value of R 120 million." CSG

Poor management / planning / budgeting (from professionals!) ??? Lack of knowledge, experience in managing and FUNDING a hospital project ???
