#BlackFriday Got more sick dealing with emergency admissions

#BlackFriday My husband was rushed to emergency. It was a traumatic difficult time,unfortunately Ahmed Al Kadi admission at emergency left me even more upset. All the lady kept telling me negative things about my medical aid,without actually phoning my medical aid, understood it was 5am in the morning. But that didn't give her a right to say I will have to pay cash if my husband is discharged or tell me I must pay a 25% co payment as she can see netcare911 on my medical aid card. You guys need to educate your staff. Netcare911 is for ambulance. Also how can u say I must pay cash when u didn't even check on my medical aid. You go to the emergency for emergency reasons. Not to be stressed about money. These situations should be handled better! The nurses at the emergency were awesome! They had enormous patience with my husband. Really I would tell my family and friends about the treatment with nurses. Though I am disappointed with the emergency admissions!
