AHHA Media in Knysna retains 75% deposit and does not deliver order in 35 days

Knysna Sedgefield Hospice paid you a 75% deposit for the printing of banners on 22 August 2018. You have not only failed to deliver in over 35 working days, but you have also ignored almost all correspondence (including 2 physical visits to your shop), ignored the deadlines given, failed to inform us of delays and that you would not be able to deliver within an acceptable amount of time, but you also ignored both requests for the refund of our deposit. We are a charity and we cannot afford to ‘forget’ about the deposit paid. AHHA Media, please make sure that the 6 tear drop banners we ordered are delivered to our offices on Monday 15th October before 4pm, or refund us our deposit.
