takes deposit and does not deliver service

He has done the exact same thing to me. Pushed for the deposit to start a month back and now I can't even get him on the phone. I paid him R32250 As 50% deposit on 26 Feb 2015. Please can AC Davies get hold of me [Email Removed] so we can get this man. I'm at the police station now...We will go to his last address. He has now put his cell phones off.
