Takes deposit and delivers no Service

This gentleman from Ahead pools, quoted us on he 31/01/2015 to move our Jacuzzi, throw down a concrete slab, lay tiles, fix the electronics on our Jacuzzi and reconnect. The total price was R7000. He sent through quote on the Monday the 2nd, pushed us for a deposit, so that he could start the work on the 4/02/2015. We paid him R3500.00, he called to say he was running over on a job and would start the work on the Friday, then it was the Monday. On the Monday he didn't take any of our calls, I emailed him and asked him to return our money so that we could go elsewhere. We battled the whole of last week to get our money returned and to date, we have lost R3500.00 and still no service. This person is clearly a *****. Please be aware of him and do not do business with him.
