Riverside hotel - - - a hotel without an ethics code... PATHETIC

I booked 12 rooms for an impt conference for my clients via agoda. My account was debited. Riverside did not honour my rooms probably as they sold theirs for a higher price.

Management gave me every excuse to pass the buck...

How can this be service????

I have to outlay R40k to book for clients as we are committed to service unlike Riverside...
