Valet scratched the rental car and they didn't report it to me

<p>I had been staying there for two beautiful weeks - no problems. Happy as sunshine. When checking out, the receptionist asks me to review the hotel on TripAdvisor using their I-pad. When I attempted to do this, the internet connection died. The lady at reception tried to fix it, she did this while holding onto my invoice. I promised her that I would do this at home, because this review is delaying me - I have a flight to catch. One of the valet guys, walked me to the car; I started the car. When I was about to leave, the valet guy ran to me at the car carrying their I-pad for me to please do a review. He told me it was working and asked me to please just take a few seconds before leaving to complete the review. I got out the car took the ipad from him and sat at reception to do the review. When I was finishing off, the internet connection died again all before I could submit. When I arrived at the airport to drop off the vehicle at the Rental Company. We did the inspection, there is a huge scratch; the paint has completely gone, it is a 10cm block of black on a red car. I didn't put the scratch there... I knew I didn't. But the car was in my care so the car rental company doesn't really care what's my story. As I walked to check-in to the flight, I knew that the valet and lady at reception knew that they had damaged the car - that's why they were insisting on getting me to give them a good review before leaving. </p>
