I accidentally cancelled my booking for this hotel on booking.com. Summayyah (From reservations) was able to arrange a room for me and my husband (which I had to make an extra payment for). Then she assisted me get my money back from booking.com for the initial booking I made.

Appreciate her efficiency and understanding on the matter. My holiday was almost a disaster. Big ups to you!
