Terrible customer service

Gateway Hotel in Umhlanga hotel Bookings have been made 16 Feb 2018, booking cancelled, no refund because communication of any cancellations or email whatsoever. Now it's 10:15 drove 6 hours to get here, seriously tired and I really to be resting and preparing for my comrades marathon which I prepared for a year in advance.
