Horrible service

They are not guest friendly and I complained to them 3 times on the review on how my visit was and them and nobody got back to me until the the 3rd attempt when someone said they will get back to me till now, from the 9th December 2017... Horrible service by Manager and General manager, the ppl I complained about were both of them and the 3rd response was from the GM...my guess is they not passing on my feedback because I wrote the truth about them and they not even sincere and apologetic... I had my birthday Lunch with them which I booked for 20 guests and set menu was paid up front.
