did not deliver product requested in very good lead time. Individual with whom I dealt with was rude and bullying on the telephone when I attempted to follow up on my order in easily one of the most unprofessional encounters I have had in a very long time.

The event for intended usage was known to Ah Snap, a Memorial, which makes this pathetic service even more deplorable.
