Complaint of sales

I met with an agent by the name Woutri to view 1 of the properties they selling for a family in bayswater Bloemfontein. I was the 1st person to view the property and I was supposed to meet with my agent the following day to process the deal since I'm interested in buying this property. I went to my bank to start the procedure of finance application with my banker and he requested a fully signed offer to purchase from my agent from the real estate. My real estate agent has been making excuses and to sending me this document until she ended up sending me an unsigned 1 and promised to send it to the owners of the property but never did for 2 full weeks. I found out today that she has given preference to other people yet she has been saying to me she is going to weddings and taking his family member for medical attention. I'm getting this information from the owner of the property that I went to visit today to try get then sign this document and yesterday i phoned my agent asking if should go see the owner of the property for this document aand she adviced me not to. personally I really feel this is ******. The owner of the property was surprised of the behavior of the agent
