Shocking after sale service

I installed a new irrigation system in December 2018 in May 2019 the controller wifi started giving me problems, also a few leaks were detected I called Diya the owner to come out and check he never makes a time just says I will make a plan, does not communicate with me at all !! I find his after sale service shocking after paying 12k there is NO guarantee! I have had to call in another company to assist me!! I wouldn’t recommend this company!
