Great customer service

I bought an Armour-IT glass guard for my iPhone 6 from a electronics store. Three days later, I noticed that the glass guard had cracked. It might have fallen, I was not sure. I phoned AGtivity and spoke with Richard Cranna. He did mention that the screen protector would at least 85% of the time prevent that the cell phone screen would crack and that it was not abnormal for the screen protector to crack. He did however promise to send me a new Armour-IT glass guard and it was delivered to my office within two working days. I am really impressed and will continue to support their brand in future.
