None delivery and now over charging

<p>AGS frasers, has delivered only 1/3 of our furniture, they delivered a fridge, hald my one lounge suit, half the other lounge suit, my bed mattreses, half my bunk beds and boxes with glass stuff and 6 boxes of kids toys, a box that clearly states, christmas decore, odds and ends, there are a few extra items that where not quoted on - </p> <p>9 boxes extra <br />a sub <br />small plastic kids bike<br />small black bin <br />7 planks of wood, total weigh of all would not be more than 10 - 15kgs - this is the cot plants and the table planks<br />2 x kids tables plastic<br />2 x small plastic chairs </p> <p> </p> <p>They are now saying they will not deliver the rest of our stuff till we pay R5000.00 for the above extra goods. Our stuff was ocllected in Cape Town on friday and 1/3 delivered monday, they then said the rest of my stuff is in cape town as there was not enough space as we had more than quoted, the above list is all that was extra according to their supporting documentation but yet they could not bring enough furniture for me to live, I have paid them 13k to move my 2 bedroom cottage and they have not even done that, and are now saying they will hold the rest of my goods till I pay the 5k. They have not even considered the fact that im now staying in a hotel until the rest of my stuff comes, which costs money as i cant move into my house as I dont even have curtains, let alone pots or clothes, yes I have no clothes! DO not use this company, USELESS!!! </p>
