Missing goods

In December 2011 I have moved to Kenya from South Africa. As AGS is the company that is used by my company worldwide I decide to store my goods with AGS Frasers. AGS Fraser packed everything in Dec 2011 and all furniture was stored at their Midrand facility. For three years I have paid my insurance and rent every month. <br> <br> I have moved back on SA end of 2014. I also brought furniture back from Kenya which was also handled by AGS Frasers. In March 2015 I moved into a new place and have requested for all my furniture to be moved to my new house. On the day half of the goods that was in storage was delivered. No explanation was given. I have phoned on the day the account manager and she said I must deal with the operations manager. He was very surprised to hear from me. After countless phone calls he acknowledge it is problem and they will look into it. Then they claim they have to go through 2000 containers. Seriously, if this is your core business and you cannot locate furniture????? after 5 weeks he phoned me and tells me that they cannot locate it. No only can they not mark and store goods properly ,they cannot look for it either.
