Incompetance leads to 4 months without container

<p>I have moved with AGS frasers before and no issues. My move now to Portugal was a terrible experience. It has been 4 months now and I still do not have my container. I was promised that my container will leave as soon as my wife arrives in Portugal and it will take max 6 weeks, which was end of Jan. If we did not follow up with AGS we would still be waiting for our container. The container only left South Africa 31 March 2017. All empty promises and NO action on what they promise you. </p> <p>Will never use them again. </p>
