No cover for farmer if Land Cruiser is driven in 4x4

We bought 2 brand new Toyota Land Cruiser pick ups as proper farm bakkies. We are also doing contract spraying services for other farmers. During one of this days busy spraying my brother hit a water dam that was standing in extremely long grass as we did not know the other farmers farm. Luckily nobody got badly injured and luckily we got insurance from Agruma, or so we thought. The bakkie was still brand new with only 5000km and the chasis got some damage on. They decided to go ahead to repair the bakkie and after we received the bakkie back there was alot of stuff that was still not right and after long fights and discussions the bakkie is better...but still not 100% right. But we made peace with it and decided to trade the bakkie in ASAP. Until today we found out that Agruma decided that our 2 bakkies (only ours) is not covered for any 4x4 activities. Why the heng did we buy Land Cruisers if we are only allowed to drive on the tar roads. It is ridiculous!!! So next time when we are busy fighting a fire in extremely rough terrain we will NOT engage 4x4 and if the bakkie get stuck and burn out what will they say then....I did not buy a Ford KA I bought a Cruiser to be a work horse... To all the farmers out there, think twice before you choose Agruma.
