BAD SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

AGRUMA1175/38 that is reference number for my claim i had accident on the 29.01.2019 , I am a third party on this claim I have being taken from pillar to post I have being told that my query is with Contantia insurance since march now we going to July still hearing the same answer ,Agruma and Contantia insurance you don't care about your clients I phoned all the number that was given to get assistance no one is assisting always on voice mail i am wondering if this two company exist
