Ordered from the website

Ordered items on website, timber sheet and carcass timber. Told to wait in collection area , waited 15 mins , no one came , went back to sales desk ,told to go to sheet timber area. Given materials went back to timber area still no one came , back to sales desk, gentleman on desk went and got my carcasses timber . Told me I had been given was hardwood not softwood ply ,! Returned to sheet area unloaded existing ,reloaded correct sheets!!!!! Total time 45minutes!!!
